My story

When I started out, I had no idea the Executive Assistant role would take me this far.
For over a decade, I’ve worked as an Executive Assistant in international companies like Würth Elektronics, Amazon, Telepizza, and Celonis—managing complex calendars, global events, key relationships, and high-impact projects.

Living and working in India, Germany, Finland, and Spain has given me a multicultural perspective and taught me to adapt quickly, lead from behind the scenes, and stay focused no matter the circumstances.

I’ve navigated high-pressure environments, handled impossible schedules, supported demanding leaders, and dealt with all kinds of unexpected challenges. Sometimes successfully. Sometimes through tears. But always learning.

With time, I came to understand that being an EA is about so much more than being available. It’s about anticipating needs, providing support, translating context, creating structure, bringing stability, and protecting the time of those at the top.
And most of the time, we do it without formal training, without a manual, and without recognition

What led me to create this space

I’ve been through burnout, overwhelm, and the feeling of being invisible.

But I’ve also felt deep pride in delivering a flawless project, in knowing that I am the silent pillar behind key decisions.

I’ve experienced both sides. And one day, I asked myself:
Where are the spaces where we, as assistants, can learn, grow, and connect?
Who helps us become visible, strategic, well-compensated professionals—confident in our own value?

I didn’t find many.
So I decided to create my own.

My mission

To accompany you.

To give you structure. Tools. Clarity.

To remind you that you’re not alone.

And to show you that it’s possible to move forward, to negotiate, to enjoy—and even to shine... without losing your mind.

Because we weren’t born organized.
We learned how to hold space in the chaos.
And that, too, deserves recognition.

Today

I continue working as an Executive Assistant because I love what I do and believe in this role.

And I combine my work with 1:1 mentoring, workshops, and speaking engagements at events where I'm invited to share what I've learned.

My approach is direct, without posturing and with a lot of practice.

Because the assistants' time is money, and my job is to help you use it well.
